MDM Data Specialist (L2)
About the role
The role involves managing and maintaining the 'Golden Record' for core data domains, managing data hierarchies, relationships, and cross-system mapping, overseeing the matching and merging process to improve consolidation of data, establishing, measuring, and monitoring Data Quality KPIs (Accuracy, Completeness, Timeliness, Consistency), performing root-cause analysis on data discrepancies, leading remediation efforts, designing and implementing automated data profiling, validation, and cleansing processes, supporting the development of data governance standards, policies, and business rules, documenting data lineage, business glossaries, and data dictionaries, and facilitating data stewardship activities across business units.
Candidates will join an innovative team pushing engineering boundaries. Depending on the domains associated with this job, you will be expected to design clean APIs, write automated test cases, and participate in peer code reviews.
