Engineering Manager, Structural Design (R4825)
About the role
The role involves leading a team in project or IPT style, designing and releasing structural components in development or production environments. It requires experience with composite and metallic structures, working knowledge of CAD tools like NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, understanding of GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and DFMA principles. Strong written and verbal technical communication skills are required, along with the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-ownership engineering environments. An MS degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering is desired.
